  • Can you deliver on a specific day to help celebrate a special occasion?
    Yes, by prior request and when we are able. We are delighted to deliver on a day that better meets your gifting experience. We hope you understand that may need to pass on an additional courier charge if this does applies. if this is the case, we would agree any charge in advance.
  • Can I customise my own Hamper?
    Yes, you can. You can either select an existing Hamper that you would like to customise OR tell us what you'd like in your ideal Hamper and we'll curate something from scratch. Just contact us by online 'Chat' or send us an email at hello@iowhampers.co.uk
  • Can you substitute items in your Hampers eg non-alcoholic drinks instead of alcohol?
    Yes, we can. However, please note that we may limit the number of items that can be substituted to prevent any potential impact or disruption to other orders. Please contact us either in the 'Chat' facility or email us at hello@iowhampers.co.uk
  • Do you offer Wicker Hampers?
    Yes we do! We do have a selection of Wicker baskets available to enhance your gift. Just send us an email or open the chat to find out more...
  • Can you cater for bulk orders like Wedding favours?
    Yes we can. We can cater to large customised orders and we can offer a wide variety of products to select from. Just send us a chat or email :-)
  • Why do you charge a Peak-Time delivery charge?
    We continue to offer Free delivery during our Off-Peak periods however during our Peak times and higher demand we need to introduce a third party supplier and a nominal courier charge to meet deliveries. We appreciate your understanding.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
